Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return and Replacement Policy Wow Clinic App
Wow Clinic may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this application. Item One: Tariffs: These tariffs govern all special offers that are listed on the Wow Clinic application.
1.1 Electronic commerce: an activity of an economic nature that is undertaken by the service provider and the consumer, in whole or in part, by electronic means; In order to sell products, provide services, advertise them, or share their data.
1-2 Service Provider: The merchant, practitioner, or person of a natural or legal capacity, which is meant in this Agreement as a “doctor group”.

This privacy policy describes the method of use and protection of any information that is provided while using the Wow Clinic application, and the protection of your data regarding any use of it on the Internet is a top priority. The use of this application is subject to the stipulated terms and conditions of use and is a binding contract for the application user in the event of downloading, using and registering in the Wow Clinicapplication.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using and registering with this application. WowClinic may update these terms and conditions at any time. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WAUCLICK APP.
Definitions
Wow Clinic App: It is an electronic application available on phones and smart devices, owned by the Wow Clinic App for Information Technology.
- Wow Clinic Application Management: It is the Waw Clinic Information Technology Application Foundation.
Service Provider: It is the clinic, hospital, center, dispensary, or doctor (and what it contains of tools, employees, and departments) that has been registered in the Wow Clinicapplication to display its services and offers to application users, and to enable application users to immediately book any service or offer related to the service provider.
Service / Services: These are the services or products that have been priced and appointments opened for them by the service provider and placed in the application to enable the users of the application to book them.
The service provider's personal file: It is the one that contains the service provider's data that is required by the Wow Clinicapplication and is available to application users.
Offer / Offers: They are offers, advantages, or gifts on services or products that have been priced and appointments opened for them by the service provider and placed in the application to enable application users to reserve them.
Application users: They are the people who have registered in the application to use it and to view the service provider, its services, offers and characteristics.
Reservations or reservations: are the appointments made available by the service provider to the users of the application so that they can book immediately.
Third Party/Third Parties: They are the tools, websites, electronic programs, governmental and non-governmental agencies with which the Wow Clinic application works in order for the application to function properly with all its features and functions.
Apple Pay:the mobile and digital wallet for iPhone, iPad and Mac users that allows users of these devices to pay their payments on the Wow app.
Second: General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return and Replacement Policy:
1- The Wow Clinic application is authorized to promote and display the services and offers of the service provider registered in the application on the platforms that the application deems appropriate, including the Wau Clinic application.
2- The service provider is committed to providing the service or offer as it is without any changes or modifications, and that the quality of all services provided to consumers for everything related to offers or services is the responsibility of the service provider registered in the wow application, and the wow application does not bear any legal consequences.
3- The service provider is committed to providing the services and offers to the user of the application as they are, without changes in the price or misleading, and it is the responsibility of the service provider entirely and the Oclink application does not bear any legal consequences for any misleading in the services and offers and their prices or any errors in them.
4- The service provider is obligated to publish correct information, offers and prices, and is solely responsible in the event of publishing something that violates the provisions and rules of the Ministry of Commerce or any government agency.
5- The service provider is obligated to provide the service or the offer to the user of the Wow Clinicapplication who made the reservation in the best way and to represent the image and reputation of the application in a good way.
6- The Wow Clinic application is not responsible for medical errors, side effects, infections, diseases, medical or non-medical problems, or any abuse, material or moral damage, physical or non-physical harm, or other damages to which the application user is exposed by the service provider. The service provider shall be fully responsible for this.
7- The Wow Clinic application is not responsible for the fines or penalties that may fall (on the Wau Clinic application or on the service provider) as a result of the service provider displaying misleading advertisements, offers, or prices that violate the system, and in the event that any fine or penalty is imposed on the Wau Clinic application as a result of a mistake or omission Or damage caused by the service provider. The application administration has the right to remove the service provider from the application and claim the amount of fines or losses with compensation, if necessary.
8- The Wow Clinic application is not responsible at all for any medical error, any disease or infection, or any psychological or physical harm, or any harm that the application user was exposed to while receiving the service or offer from the service provider.
9- The user of the application has the right to refer to the service provider in the event of a medical error, infection, or any physical or psychological harm, or any damages that were caused by the service provider while the user was receiving the service or the offer, without any responsibility on the Wauclenk application in this regard.
10- The Wow Clinic application does not bear any damages that the user may be exposed to in return for receiving the services or offers in the application from the service provider or its employees, whether professional, medical, administrative, organizational or other errors, but the full responsibility rests with the service provider.
11- The service provider is committed to his appointments provided to the application user. In the event that the service provider fails to make the appointment, the down payment is not refunded by the WOW Clinic application, and the service provider settles the matter between him and the application user.
12- The service provider is committed to the offers, prices and services it provides, and in the event of a difference in the price or service provided, or any manipulation, fraud or misleading, the application user or application management has the right to file a complaint against the service provider to the competent authority.
13- Users of the Wow Clinicapplication have the right to evaluate the service provider, and the application management has the right to fully control these evaluations.
14- When the application user does not attend the reservation appointment, the application management will verbally warn the application user the first time, and if the application user repeats this matter with the same service provider, the application management will block the application user account.
15 - The Oaklink application has the right to fully benefit from all application user data that is available in the Oaklink application for marketing or research purposes or to improve the quality of service.
16- The Wauclenk application maintains the confidentiality of your information and data and does not share it with any parties outside the scope of the Wauclenk application’s work, or outside the scope of the Wauclenk marketing and research application, or in order to improve the quality of service, or outside the third-party applications that work with it, and we do not share your data with any official party government, except with an official letter directed to the application management to disclose your data for security and criminal purposes.
17- The user of the wow Clinic application is obligated to pay a deposit on any service or offer he has booked.
18- The Wow ClinicApplication for Information Technology, which owns the Wow Clinicapplication, obtains a deposit for each reservation process made by the application user, and this deposit is deducted from the value of the service or offer.
19- The deposit that was collected from you as a user of the application when you made a reservation for one of the services or offers is not refundable in any case.
20- The application user is obligated to complete the amount of the service or offer when he goes to the reservation appointment at the service provider’s headquarters when he receives the service or offer that he booked.
21 - The application user has the right to amend the reservation, provided that this is seven days before the reservation date.
22 - In the event that six days or less remain on the reservation date, the user of the application has no right to amend the reservation.
23 - The user has the right to cancel the reservation, provided that this is seven days before the reservation date, but he is not entitled to refund the reservation deposit.
24 - In the event that six days or less remain on the reservation date, the user of the application has no right to cancel the reservation.
25- The Wow Clinic application, at its discretion, may cancel or amend your reservation with notice to you.
26- The Wow Clinic application uses a payment gateway that is authorized to operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to provide electronic payment services such as Apple pay and others.
27 - The Wow Clinic application provides the electronic wallet for use in the event that the wow clinicapplication wants to charge the user's wallet with a sum of money that cannot be spent.
28 - The Wow Clinic application alone has the freedom and full right to charge the wallet.
29 - The Wow Clinic application alone has the freedom and full right to dispose of and deduct or cancel any amount in the wallet of the application user at any time and without any conditions, provisions or reasons. \
30 – The Wow Clinic application charges the wallet to the user for gifts or compensation that the application decides on its own, provided that the total amount of the balance within the wallet does not exceed 50 Saudi riyals.
31 - The Wow Clinic application has the right to charge the wallet more than once and whenever it wants, provided that the wallet does not have a balance of more than 50 Saudi riyals, as this is the upper limit of the balance for the wallet.
32 - The user of the application is not entitled, in any case, to claim the amount in the wallet, and he is not entitled to retrieve it in cash or non-cash at all, under any reason or circumstance.
33 - The amount in the wallet is available for use only within the Oclink application, so that the user can benefit from it in making a reservation for an offer or service only
34 - All amounts added to the user's wallet in the Wow Clinic application remain within it for a period of 30 days from the date of depositing them in the wallet, and in the event that they are not used by the application user during this period, the wallet balance is automatically canceled without objection from the application user.
35 - The Wow Clinic application works with third parties, including but not limited to SMS service providers, electronic payment gateways, and the servers on which the Oaklink application is hosted, in order to ensure the operation of the Oaklink application in an electronic and interactive manner, and the Wow clinic application is not responsible for the errors of these parties towards the user.
36 - When you register as a user in the Wow Clinic application, the application will ask you for the mobile number, name and addresses that you wish to add in order to register you in the application. and enable you to use it properly. \
37 - TheWow Clinic application uses your data in the application to improve the quality of service and for research and marketing purposes related to the Wow Clinicapplication and what is related to it.
38 - The Wow Clinic application uses your data in the application with third parties in order for the application to function properly and for the quality of service.
39 - The Oaklink application will send you text messages related to the Oaklink application via the mobile number for marketing purposes or in order to ensure that the application works with you correctly.
40 You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wauclenk from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees), relating to any action by you, materials or information. Sent by you and in connection with our application, which in whole or in part give rise to claims against the Wauclenk application or against service providers or other parties, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.
41 - The user of the Wow Clinic application is obligated to respect the laws and legislation of the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and when he violates this, the Wauclenk application and its management disclaim any responsibility for that, and the Wauclenk application and its management will take the action that the responsible government agency deems appropriate against this user.
42 - The administration of the Wow Clinic application reserves its statutory right to resort to all judicial authorities in the event that any of the pioneers of its application is exposed to incidents of insulting, insulting or insulting of any kind, in accordance with the Anti-Information Crimes Law
43 - Wow Clinic may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the D application for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of this Agreement.
44 - This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Riyadh is the venue for the proceedings and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, and each party hereby agrees to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts .
45 - If any provision of this Agreement is deemed void, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This includes the entire agreement between you and the Wauclenk application regarding your use of the application. If you have questions regarding the terms, conditions, return policy and privacy of the Wauclenk application, please send us an e-mail info@wowclinic.com .
46 - All comments, consumer responses, information or materials submitted to the OaClick application through or in association with this application are considered non-confidential and available for viewing within the OaClink application for all, and all of them are under the responsibility of those who placed them, wrote them or attached them from the application users or service providers without any responsibility on Oaklink application, and anything in it that is illegal in any way is under the responsibility of those who developed it from the application users or service providers.
47 - Wow Clinic may use such comments, information or materials in any way it chooses without restriction.
48 - The Wow Clinic application uses the user name registered in the application and the phone number to create an account for you in the application.
49 - The Wow Clinic application asks you to activate your location on the map in order to bring clinics around you and offers around you, and you can cancel this feature from the privacy settings on your device.
50 - Your use of the Wow Clinic application means your acceptance of the terms and conditions, privacy and return policy of the Wauclenk application.
51 - As soon as the user of the Wow Clinicapplication registers with his mobile number and name, this means that he agrees to these terms and conditions and the privacy and retrieval policy.
52 - You can review the latest versions of the Terms and Conditions of Service and the Return and Privacy Policy at any time on this page. We reserve the full right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions of Service by posting updates and changes to the application. It is your responsibility to check this page within the application periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Wow Clinicapplication following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Service, Return Policy and Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
53- In the Wow application, we will offer you a number of methods that can be used for payment, as follows:
Wow application has been linked with the Apple Pay payment service, but we in the Wow application do not collect or store your bank account data. The apple pay service has been integrated with the WoW application so that Apple Pay can collect payment data from the customer. Note that in Wow we use a reliable payment gateway to collect payments from the customer's account on Apple Pay, we use the Click Pay portal. Credit Cards: We use a reliable payment gateway to collect payments from the customer's credit card account, we use ClickPay gateway.

يخضع استخدام هذا التطبيق لأحكام و شروط الاستخدام المنصوص عليها وتعد عقد ملزم لمستخدم التطبيق في حال تحميله وأستخدامه وتسجيله في تطبيق واوكلينك. الرجاء قراءة هذه الشروط و الأحكام بعناية قبل استخدام هذا التطبيق و التسجيل فيه. تطبيق واو كلينك قد يقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في اي وقت. إذا كنت لا توافق على شروط و أحكام الاستخدام هذه، يرجى عدم استخدام تطبيق واوكلينك .
أولا التعريفات:
تطبيق واو كلينك:هو تطبيق الكتروني متاح على الهواتف والأجهزة الذكية ، مملوك لمؤسسة تطبيق واوكلينك لتقنية المعلومات.
إدارة تطبيق واوكلينك: هي مؤسسة تطبيق واوكلينك لتقنية المعلومات.
مقدم الخدمة :هي العيادة أو المستشفى أو المركز أو المستوصف أو الطبيب ( وماتحوي من أدوات ومنسوبين وأقسام ) الذي تم تسجيله في تطبيق واوكلينك لعرض خدماته وعروضه لمستخدمي التطبيق وتمكين مستخدمي التطبيق من الحجز الفوري ل إي خدمة او عرض تخص مقدم الخدمة.
الخدمة \ الخدمات : هي الخدمات أو المنتجات التي تم تسعيرها وفتح مواعيد لها من قبل مقدم الخدمة ووضعها في التطبيق لتمكين مستخدمي التطبيق من حجزها
ملف مقدم الخدمة الشخصي : هو الذي يحوي بيانات مقدم الخدمة التي يتطلبها تطبيق واوكلينك وتكون متاحة لمستخدمي التطبيق.
العرض \ العروض :هي العروض أو المميزات أو الهبات على الخدمات أو المنتجات التي تم تسعيرها وفتح مواعيد لها من قبل مقدم الخدمة ووضعها في التطبيق لتمكين مستخدمي التطبيق من حجزها .
مستخدمي التطبيق : هم الاشخاص الذين قاموا بالتسجيل في التطبيق لإستخدامه و لإستعراض مقدم الخدمة و خدماته وعروضه
الحجز او الحجوزات : هي المواعيد المتاحة من قبل مقدم الخدمة لمستخدمي التطبيق حتى يتسنى لهم الحجز الفوري.
طرف ثالث \ أطراف ثالثة : هي الادوات او المواقع او البرامج الالكترونية او الجهات الحكومية وغير الحكومية والتي يعمل معها تطبيق واو كلينك من أجل عمل التطبيق بشكل صحيح بكل خصائصه و وظائفه.
Apple Pay: المحفظة المحمولة والرقمية لمستخدمي أجهزة آيفون وآيباد وماك وتسمح لمستخدمي هذه الاجهزة سداد مدفوعاتهم على تطبيق واو
ثانيا : الشروط والأحكام العامة وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الارجاع والاستبدال :
1- تطبيق واوكلينك مخول بترويج وعرض خدمات وعروض مقدم الخدمة المسجل في التطبيق في المنصات التي يراها التطبيق مناسبة ومن ضمنها تطبيق واوكلينك.
2- مقدم الخدمة ملتزم بتقديم الخدمة أو العرض كما هي دون أي تغييرات أو تعديلات وأن جودة جميع الخدمات المقدمة للمستهلكين لكل ما يتعلق بالعروض او الخدمات هي مسؤولية مقدم الخدمة المسجل في تطبيق واوكلينك ولا يتحمل تطبيق واوكلينك أي تبعات قانونية .
3- مقدم الخدمة ملتزم بتقديم الخدمات والعروض لمستخدم التطبيق كما هي دون تغييرات في السعر او تضليل ، وهي مسؤولية مقدم الخدمة بشكل كامل ولايتحمل تطبيق واوكلينك اي تبعات قانونية لـ اي تضليل في الخدمات والعروض واسعارها او اي اخطاء فيها.
4- ان مقدم الخدمة يلتزم بنشر المعلومات والعروض والتسعيرات الصحيحة ويكون مسؤول وحده في حال نشره لما يخالف احكام وقواعد وزارة التجارة او أي جهة حكومية.
5- يلتزم مقدم الخدمة بتقديم الخدمة أو العرض لمستخدم تطبيق واوكلينك الذي قام بالحجز على أكمل وجه وتمثيل صورة التطبيق وسمعته بصورة حسنة.
6- تطبيق واوكلينك غير مسؤول عن الأخطاء الطبية او الاعراض الجانبية أو العدوى او الأمراض او المشاكل الطبية او غير الطبية أو أي إساءة او ضرر مادي أو معنوي او ضرر جسدي او غير جسدي أو غيره من الاضرار التي يتعرض لها مستخدم التطبيق من قبل مقدم الخدمة ويكون مقدم الخدمة مسؤول عن ذلك مسؤولية كاملة شاملة.
7- تطبيق واوكلينك غير مسؤول عن الغرامات او العقوبات التي قد تقع ( على تطبيق واوكلينك او على مقدم الخدمة ) نتيجة لعرض مقدم الخدمة لإعلانات او عروض أو تسعيرات مضلله او مخالفة للنظام وفي حال وقعت أي غرامة او عقوبة على تطبيق واوكلينك نتيجة خطأ أو تقصير أو ضرر بسبب مقدم الخدمة يحق لإدارة التطبيق إزالة مقدم الخدمة من التطبيق ومطالبته بقيمة الغرامات او الخسائر مع التعويض ان كان له مقتضى.
8- تطبيق واوكلينك غير مسؤول مطلقا عن أي خطأ طبي أو أصابه باي مرض أو عدوى أو اي ضرر نفسي او جسدي او اي ضرر كان يتعرض له مستخدم التطبيق اثناء تلقيه الخدمة او العرض من مقدم الخدمة.
9- يحق لمستخدم التطبيق الرجوع إلى مقدم الخدمة عند حدوث خطاء طبي او عدوى او أي ضرر جسدي او نفسي او اي اضرار كانت ناتجه عن مقدم الخدمة أثناء تلقي المستخدم الخدمة أو العرض دون وجود أدنى مسؤولية على تطبيق واوكلينك بهذا الشأن.
10- لا يتحمل تطبيق واوكلينك أي أضرار قد يتعرض لها المستخدم نظير تلقيه الخدمات او العروض الموجودة في التطبيق من مقدم الخدمة أو موظفيه سواء الأخطاء المهنية و أو الطبية و أو الإدارية و أو التنظيمية أو غيرها من الاخطاء وأنما تقع المسئولية كاملة على مقدم الخدمة.
11- يلتزم مقدم الخدمة بالمواعيد الخاصه به و المقدمة لمستخدم التطبيق وفي حال تخلف مقدم الخدمة عن الموعد المحجوز فإن العربون غير مسترد من قبل تطبيق واوكلينك ويقوم مقدم الخدمة بتسوية الامر بينه وبين مستخدم التطبيق.
12- يلتزم مقدم الخدمة بالعروض والاسعار والخدمات التي يقدمها وفي حال وجود فارق في السعر او الخدمة المقدمة أو أي تلاعب أو غش أو تضليل يحق لمستخدم التطبيق او إدارة التطبيق تقديم شكوى بذلك ضد مقدم الخدمة للجهة المختصة .
13– يحق لمستخدمي تطبيق واوكلينك تقييم مقدم الخدمة ويحق لإدارة التطبيق التحكم الكامل بهذة التقييمات.
14– تقوم إدارة التطبيق عند عدم حضور مستخدم التطبيق لموعد الحجز بالتنبيه الشفهي لمستخدم التطبيق في المرة الأولى وفي حال تكرار مستخدم التطبيق لهذا الامر مع نفس مقدم الخدمة فإن إدارة التطبيق ستقوم بحظر حساب مستخدم التطبيق .
15 – يحق لتطبيق واوكلينك الاستفادة الكاملة من كافة بيانات مستخدم التطبيق والموجودة في تطبيق واوكلينك من أجل الاغراض التسويقية او البحثية او من أجل تحسين جودة الخدمة.
16– يحافظ تطبيق واوكلينك على سرية معلوماتك وبياناتك وعدم مشاركتها مع اي جهات خارج نطاق عمل تطبيق واوكلينك أو خارج نطاق عمل تطبيق واوكلينك التسويقي والبحثي أو من أجل تحسين جودة الخدمة أو خارج تطبيقات الطرف الثالث التي تعمل معه ، وكما أننا لانشارك بياناتك مع اي جهة رسمية حكومية الا بخطاب رسمي موجه لإدارة التطبيق بالافصاح عن بياناتك لاغراض امنية وجنائية.
17- يلتزم مستخدم تطبيق واوكلينك بدفع عربون على أي خدمة أو عرض قام بحجزها.
18- تحصل مؤسسة تطبيق واوكلينك لتقنية المعلومات المالكة لتطبيق واوكلينك على عربون عن كل عملية حجز يقوم بها مستخدم التطبيق ويكون هذا العربون مخصوماً من قيمة الخدمة او العرض.
19- أن العربون الذي تم تحصيله منك كمستخدم للتطبيق عند قيامك بحجز ل أحد الخدمات أو العروض هو غير مسترد في أي حال من الأحوال
20- يتلزم مستخدم التطبيق بإكمال مبلغ الخدمة أو العرض عند ذهابه لموعد الحجز في مقر مقدم الخدمة وذلك عند تلقيه للخدمة أو العرض التي قام بحجزها.
21 – يحق لمستخدم التطبيق التعديل على الحجز بشرط أن يكون ذلك قبل موعد الحجز ب سبعة أيام .
22 – في حال متبقي على موعد الحجز ستة أيام أو اقل ف إنه لايحق لمستخدم التطبيق التعديل على الحجز .
23 – يحق للمستخدم الغاء الحجز بشرط أن يكون ذلك قبل موعد الحجز ب سبعة أيام ولكن لايحق له استرداد عربون الحجز. 24 - في حال متبقي على موعد الحجز ستة أيام أو اقل ف إنه لايحق لمستخدم التطبيق الغاء الحجز .
25- تطبيق واوكلينك وفقا لتقديره قد يلغي او يعدل الحجز الخاص بك مع إشعارك بذلك.
26- يستخدم تطبيق واوكلينك بوابة دفع مصرح العمل لها في المملكة العربية السعودية من أجل توفير خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني مثل خدمة Apple pay وغيرها.
27 – يوفر تطبيق واوكلينك المحفظة الالكترونية من أجل استخدامها في حال اراد تطبيق واوكلينك شحن محفظة المستخدم بمبلغ مالي لايمكن صرفه.
28 – تطبيق واوكلينك وحده له الحرية والحق الكامل في شحن المحفظة.
29 – تطبيق واوكلينك وحده له الحرية والحق الكامل في التصرف وخصم أو الغاء اي مبلغ موجود في محفظة مستخدم التطبيق في أي وقت كان وبدون اي شروط أو أحكام أو أسباب.
30 – ان تطبيق واوكلينك يشحن المحفظة للمستخدم من أجل الهدايا او التعويضات التي يقررها التطبيق لوحده ، بشرط ان لايتجاوز المبلغ الاجمالي للرصيد داخل المحفظة 50 ريال سعودي
31 – يحق لتطبيق واوكلينك شحن المحفظة لإكثر من مرة ومتى ما أراد بشرط ان لا يصبح في المحفظة رصيد أكثر من 50 ريال سعودي حيث ان هذا هو الحد الأعلى من الرصيد للمحفظة.
32 – لايحق لمستخدم التطبيق في أي حال من الأحوال المطالبة بالمبلغ الموجود في المحفظة ولايحق له استرجاعه بصورة نقدية او غير نقدية بتاتا تحت اي سبب كان او ظرف من الظروف.
33 – ان المبلغ الموجود في المحفظة متاح للاستخدام فقط داخل تطبيق واوكلينك ليستفيد منه المستخدم في اجراء حجز لعرض او خدمة فقط لاغير.
34 - جميع المبالغ المضافة في محفظة المستخدم في تطبيق واوكلينك تظل بداخلها لمدة 30 يوما من تاريخ ايداعها بالمحفظة وفي حالة عدم استخدامها من قبل مستخدم التطبيق طوال هذه المدة يلغى رصيد المحفظة آليا دون اعتراض من مستخدم التطبيق.
35 - يعمل تطبيق واوكلينك مع أطراف ثالثة على سبيل المثال لا الحصر موفري خدمة الـSMS وبوابات الدفع الالكتروني والخوادم المستضاف عليها تطبيق واوكلينك ، وذلك لضمان تشغيل تطبيق واوكلينك بشكل الكتروني وتفاعلي ، ولايتحمل تطبيق واوكلينك أخطاء هذة الاطراف تجاه المستخدم.
36 – عند تسجيلك كمستخدم في تطبيق واوكلينك سيطلب منك التطبيق رقم الجوال والاسم والعناوين التي ترغب في اضافتها وذلك لتسجيلك في التطبيق. وتمكينك من استخدامه بشكل صحيح .
37 – يستخدم تطبيق واوكلينك بياناتك في التطبيق لتحسين جودة الخدمة ولإغراض بحثية وتسويقية تخص تطبيق واوكلينك ومايرتبط به.
38 – يستخدم تطبيق واوكلينك بياناتك في التطبيق مع الاطراف الثالثة من اجل عمل التطبيق بشكل صحيح ومن أجل جودة الخدمة.
39 - سيرسل لك تطبيق واوكلينك عبر رقم الجوال رسائل نصية تخص تطبيق واوكلينك من أجل الاغراض التسويقية أو من أجل ضمان عمل التطبيق معك بشكل صحيح
40 - يجب عليك الدفاع عن و التعويض عن ضرر تطبيق واوكلينك و اعفاء تطبيق واوكلينك من وضد أي وجميع المطالبات ، والإجراءات والأضرار و الإصابات، و الالتزامات والخسائر والتكاليف والنفقات ( بما في ذلك الرسوم القانونية ) ، التي تتعلق بأي فعل من قبلك أو مواد أو معلومات مرسلة من قبلك وعلى صلة بالتطبيق الخاص بنا ، مما يؤدي كليا أو جزئيا إلى مطالبات ضد تطبيق واوكلينك أو ضد مقدمي الخدمة أو أطراف أخرى ، بغض النظر عن نوع الدعوى أو طبيعة سبب الدعوى
41 - يلتزم مستخدم تطبيق واوكلينك بإحترام قوانين وتشريعات حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية ، وعند مخالفته لذلك فإن تطبيق واوكلينك وإدارته يخلي مسؤوليته من ذلك وسيقوم تطبيق واوكلينك وإدارته بإتخاذ الاجراء الذي تراه الجهة الحكومية المسؤولة مناسبا ضد هذا المستخدم.
42 - إدارة تطبيق واوكلينك تحتفظ بحقها النظامي في اللجوء الي كافة الجهات القضائية في حال تعرضها لأي من رواد تطبيقها لوقائع سب وشتم أو تطاول أيا كان نوعها وذلك وفقا لنظام مكافحة جرائم المعلوماتية
43 - تطبيق واوكلينك وفقا لتقديره قد ينهي او يعلق وصولك إلى كل أو جزء من تطبيق د لأي سبب من الأسباب ، بما في ذلك ، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، خرق هذا الاتفاق.
44 - تخضع هذه الاتفاقية وتفسر وفقا لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية ومحاكم المملكة العربية السعودية في مدينة الرياض هي مكان انعقاد الدعاوي و يكون لها الاختصاص الحصري في أي نزاع ينشأ عن أو فيما يتعلق بهذا الاتفاق، و كل طرف يوافق بموجبه على اختصاص ومكان انعقاد مثل هذه المحاكم.

46 - تعتبر جميع التعليقات ، وردود المستهلكين ،و المعلومات أو المواد المقدمة لتطبيق واوكلينك من خلال أو بالاشتراك مع هذا التطبيق غير سرية ومتاحة للعرض داخل تطبيق واوكلينك للجميع وتقع جميعها تحت مسؤولية من وضعها أوكتبها أو أرفقها من مستخدمي التطبيق او مقدمي الخدمة دون اي مسؤولية على تطبيق واوكلينك ، ويعتبر اي شيء فيها غير قانوني بإي شكل من الأشكال تحت مسؤولية من وضعها من مستخدمي التطبيق او مقدمي الخدمة.
47 - تطبيق واوكلينك قد يستخدم مثل هذه التعليقات أو المعلومات أو المواد بأي شكل من الأشكال اختارت من غير قيد .
48 - تطبيق واوكلينك يستخدم اسم المستخدم المسجل في التطبيق ورقم الهاتف لانشاء حساب خاص بك في التطبيق .
49 - تطبيق واوكلينك يطلب منك تفعيل موقعك في الخريطة من اجل جلب العيادات حولك والعروض حولك ويمكنك الغاء هذة الخاصية من اعدادات الخصوصية في جهازك.
50 - ان استخدامك لتطبيق واوكلينك يعني موافقتك على الشروط والاحكام وسياسة الخصوصية والارجاع الخاصه بتطبيق واوكلينك.
51 - فور تسجيل مستخدم تطبيق واوكلينك برقم جواله واسمه فإن ذلك يعني موافقته على هذة الشروط والاحكام وسياسية الخصوصية والاسترجاع.
